Abstract
The objective of this research was to understand the effect of a organizational culture and ethics on Organization Citizhenship Behavior. It was a quantitative research was conducted in two hundred twenty three of Senior High School Teachers in the District of East Flores. The research uses a survey method with path analysis was applied in testing hypothesis. It was conducted to 143 Teachers at as the respondents which were selected in a simple random way. The result of this study are: (1). There is a positive direct effect of organizational culture on Organization Citizhenship Behavior. (2). There is a positive direct effect of ethics on Organization Citizenship Behavior, and (3). There is a positive direct effect of organizational culture on ethics.
